NeuAmigoYou can delete your account and data yourself at any time, from inside the app. It takes less than a minute.
In the app
- Open NeuAmigo and tap Me at the bottom.
- Scroll down to Help and legal and tap Delete my account.
- Tap Delete permanently.
If you have a plan that renews, also cancel it in your PayPal account. Deleting the app or the account does not cancel a PayPal subscription.
If you cannot open the app
Email support@neuamigo.com from the email address on your account, with the subject "Delete my NeuAmigo account". We confirm it is you, then delete the account within 7 days and reply when it is done.
What is deleted
- Your profile, photos, posts, bookings and messages: deleted straight away, and from back-ups within 90 days.
- Your Verified Tick ID photo and selfie: deleted straight away.
What we keep, and for how long
- Payment and tax records: as long as tax law requires, up to 8 years.
- Reports about your account and records of accounts removed for breaking our Terms: up to 5 years, to keep members safe.
